In an effort to provide relief for Americans during the Coronavirus outbreak, the income tax filing deadline has been pushed back. Tax Day has been moved from April 15th, 2020 to July 15th, 2020.
During this extension no interest or penalties will be charged for filing. Individuals expecting refunds or credits may claim now to get their money sooner.
